Knowing what to do isn’t the problem.

Feeling steady enough to follow through is.

That’s the part most approaches skip.

That’s the part we actually work on.

About Me

I know what it feels like to hold everything together on the outside, while something inside you quietly breaks. To smile through gatherings while carrying something heavy no one around you seems to understand.

I've been through divorce, emotional overwhelm, and seasons where I couldn't even make peace with my own failures. And through all of it, I felt my connection to Allah slipping away — the one thing I needed most.

I found my way back. Not overnight. But through surrendering what I couldn't control, and learning what Tawakkul truly means.

This work didn't start as a career. It started as a calling. Because the deeper I walked this path, the clearer it became — no woman should walk that path alone.

I'm Rizwi — a Certified Transformational Coach and Realignment Coach. I'm here to help you stop surviving your own life, and start leading it with clarity, emotional independence, and deep trust in Allah.

This Is Bigger Than One Woman's Journey.

My vision is to build a generation of Muslim women who are so rooted in Allah that they become unshakeable — in their homes, their communities, and the lives they were created for. Because when one woman realigns, everyone around her feels it.

This is for you if…

If these feel familiar, you’re not broken — you’re just overloaded, overthinking, and overwhelmed.

You overthink decisions and feel mentally stuck.

Your salah feels distracted and emotionally disconnected.

Family pressure confuses your choices and direction.

You want a meaningful career but feel completely lost inside.

You feel unsure about rebuilding life after divorce.

You feel torn between culture and faith, unsure which voice to follow.

You struggle to trust others and yourself.

Anxiety makes even small situations feel overwhelming.

Your life in 4 weeks

This is the shift you begin to experience when you realign inwardly.

You become someone who feels emotionally calm and grounded daily.

You become someone who prays with presence and deep connection.

You become someone who makes decisions with clarity, not fear.

You become someone who understands and breaks emotional patterns.

You become someone who sets boundaries without guilt or overwhelm.

You become someone who moves toward aligned career direction.

You become someone who trusts herself and Allah’s plan deeply.

You become someone who recognizes healthy and secure relationships.

The Realignment Process

Real change happens when every part of you begins to come back into alignment.

Click each part of the circle to explore how the process unfolds.

Step 01

Recognize

You begin to see what is truly happening within you —
what has been weighing on your Qalb and quietly shaping your patterns.

‘Aql awakens to the state of the Qalb —
what was once hidden becomes impossible to ignore.
Step 02

Release

You begin to loosen the grip of the Nafs —
letting go of the emotional weight, reactions, and attachments that kept you stuck.

As the Nafs is purified,
what once controlled you begins to lose its hold.
Step 03

Realign

You begin to move with intention instead of reaction —
bringing your thoughts, choices, and actions back into alignment.

As ‘Aql begins to lead and the Qalb finds steadiness,
your actions start reflecting who you are becoming.
Step 04

Rise

You begin to live with calm clarity and inner steadiness —
anchored in yourself, and grounded in trust in Allah.

As the Qalb settles and the Nafs softens,
you move forward with tawakkul — clear, steady, and aligned.

FAQ

Still wondering?

Here are the questions most women ask before taking that first step.

No — coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, typically looking back at the past. Coaching is forward-focused — it's about creating awareness, building clarity, and taking intentional action toward the life you want. If you feel you need clinical support, I will always be honest with you about that.
It's not a sales call. It's a real, structured conversation — where we explore where you are right now, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping to change. I walk you through how the sessions would be shaped, what we'd focus on, and how the journey unfolds. You leave with clarity — whether or not you decide to move forward.
My work is rooted in an Islamic understanding of the human being — the heart, the mind, purpose, and resilience. It's built for Muslim women who want their faith to be part of their healing, not separate from it.
Du'a and knowledge are essential — and they remain at the centre of this work. But sometimes we need structured inner work alongside faith, not instead of it.
Right here — with a discovery call. You don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out.
If it’s weighing on you, it matters. You don’t need a crisis to deserve clarity and emotional steadiness.
Yes — completely. This is a sacred space built on trust.
